1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

Under EU and Spanish statutory regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To be eligible for a full return under this right, the following conditions apply:

  • Kitchen Towels & Cloths: Must be unwashed, unused, free of grease or food stains, and returned with all original tags attached.

  • Oven Mitts & Potholders: Must show no signs of heat exposure, usage, or wash wear, retaining original packaging and labels.

  • Placemats & Table Runners: Must be returned in clean, pristine condition without folds, stains, or damage.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, items that have been washed, heavily used in food preparation environments, stained, or damaged due to improper care or washing cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect all kitchen textiles before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective item or damaged product (e.g., loose stitching, fabric tearing, or incorrect item sent), please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent kitchen goods, INDUSTRIA DE DISEÑO TEXTIL SA will cover all return shipping expenses.

6. Inspection & Refund Execution

Once your returned items arrive at our warehouse in Arteixo, A Coruña, they will undergo quality inspection:

  • Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
